Austin Community College Job Fair & Career Exploration Event

Career Services at Austin Community College invites the community to a job fair and career exploration event on Friday, April 15, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Highland Campus ACCelerator Lab (6101 Airport Blvd.). Amazon, Austin Energy, The Austin Diagnostic Clinic, and Travis County, along with more than 150 additional employers, will be onsite representing over 2,000 job and internship opportunities. Come out and talk one-on-one with area employers and discover their career pathways, benefits such as tuition reimbursement, and guidance on how to succeed in their organization. Representatives from numerous ACC programs will also be available to answer questions and provide guidance so interested participants can explore the various pathways and areas of study available at ACC. In conjunction with the job fair and career exploration event, ACC Career Services is hosting Adecco Staffing ?Street Day,? a global event engaging over 1.2 million young professionals with career advice and tools needed to succeed in today?s job market. Adecco career experts will be on site offering training on writing better cover letters and resumes, improving interview skills, and optimizing LinkedIn profiles.
